Madeira Negra puts comfort first without giving up the minimalist line, choosing neutral tones that stretch the sense of space in this luxury house in Gondomar. The long modular sofa gathers people in, and makes the living room the centre of the home.

Fluting governs the walls, giving the space an almost rhythmic texture that takes in the technology without letting it dominate the natural character of the room. Cladding the panels allowed us to hide the cabling and raise the level of the whole, turning the television area into a genuine feature wall. Every groove was worked out by our craftsmen to line up faultlessly with the minimalist ceiling.
